Assorted Drinks – 1

Ultra Violet

• 25 ml Tanqueray Gin
• 12 1/2 ml Suave Pomegranate Liqueur
• 12 1/2 ml Lejay Parfait Amour
• 5 ml Elderflower Cordial
• 25 ml Lemon Juice
• Dash of Gomme Syrup
• Muddled Rosemary Leaves
• Lemon Twist

Method

1. Pour the gin, pomegranate liqueur and parfait amour into boston shaker, then add the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and a dash of gomme.
2. Pick few leaves / a rosemary sprig and add to the other ingredients.
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Double strain into a martini glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Mind Eraser

• 25 ml Vodka
• 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
• Soda Water
• Lime Wedge

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over ice.
3. Fill with soda water.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.

Pina Colada

Ingredients

• 25 ml Pineapple Vodka
• 12 1/2 ml Coconut Vodka
• 12 1/2 ml Pineapple Juice
• A slice of Pineapple
• A cherry
• A glass

Directions

• Pour vodka, and pineapple juice into a shaker
• Fill with crushed ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
• Pour it into the glass
• Top it with the slice of pineapple and cherry

Voila! Pina Colada is ready to be served 🙂

Accomplice – One drink coming up !!

Ingredients

• 50 ml Vodka
• 25 ml Lemon Juice
• 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup
• Champagne
• 3 Strawberries
• Champagne
• Vodka
• Lemon Juice
• Simple Sugar Syrup
• Strawberries or Strawberry syrup
• A glass

Directions

• Put 2 strawberries or some strawberry syrup in a mixing glass
• Add vodka, sugar syrup and lemon juice
• Fill with crushed ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Double strain into a chilled martini glass
• Top-up with Champagne

Voila! Accomplice is ready to be served 🙂
