100 Miles Per Hour

  • 1/2 ounce Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Bacardi 151 rum
  • 1/2 ounce Southern Comfort peach liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Yukon Jack Canadian whisky
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
  • 2 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together over ice in a highball glass
  2. Shake up, then top with sprite
  3. Serve in a martini glass

100 Miles per Hour

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup chilled lime soda
  • 4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Mix strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and lime soda in a blender
  2. Add ice and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a fancy glass to serve

Sunrise

  • 3 ounce triple sec
  • 1 1/2 ounce 151 proof rum
  • 1 1/2 ounce white rum
  • 3 ounce peach schnapps
  • 4 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 4 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 4 1/2 ounce concentrated pomegranate juice

Method

  1. Hand shake in mixing cup until slightly foamy
  2. Serve with ice cubes
  3. Garnish with slice of orange or pineapple and cherry

  • 1 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice

Method

  1. Pour one shot of Irish cream and one shot of lime juice
  2. Shoot both shots and mix them in your mouth and swallow, or Mix both shots into a glass and drink

  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/2 ounce Irish Cream

Method

  1. Pour the butterscotch into a shot glass
  2. Pour Irish cream on top using the back of a spoon
  3. Add a drop of grenadine to make it look like a nipple

  • 1 can Corona Extra lager

  1. Pour the corona into a beer glass
  2. Pour the bacardi rum into the beer
  3. Stir very gently

  • 1 shot Triplesec
  • 1 shot Bacardi rum
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • 1 shot Gin
  • 1 shot Tequila
  • 1 shot Bourbon whiskey
  • 1 shot Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 shot stout
  • 1 can beer

Method

  1. Mix every drink mentioned above in a beer mug in equal amounts
  2. Top up the rest of the mug with half beer and half stout

Hummingbird

  • 1 ounce rum cream liqueur
  • 1 ounce coffee flavored liqueur
  • 1 ounce milk
  • 1/2 ounce strawberry flavored syrup
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Method

  1. Add rum cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, milk and strawberry syrup in a blender
  2. Add banana and crushed ice
  3. Blend until smooth and serve

Grasshopper

  • 1 1/2 ounce green crème de menthe
  • 1 1/2 ounce white crème de cacao
  • 1 ounce cream

Method

  1. Mix in a blender and shake it with ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  • 1 ounce Coconut Rum
  • 1 ounce Peach Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Watermelon
  • Little Pineapple Juice and Cranberry Juice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a glass

  • 2 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1/4 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 lime wedge

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a glass
  3. Garnish with a slice of lime wedge

Blue Margarita

  • 4 ounces Tequilla
  • 2 ounces Triple Sec
  • 2 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 ounces blue Curacaco
  • 2 teaspoons fine sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice
  2. Mix Tequilla, Triple Sec, lime juice, blue Curacaco, and sugar in the shaker
  3. Shake hard for 30 seconds
  4. Serve in Margarita glasses with salt on the rims of the glasses
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime wedge

Apricot Champagne Sangria

  • 1 Bottle Champagne
  • 25 ml Apricot Brandy
  • 2 diced Apricots
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Fill shaker with ice.
  3. Transfer to a pitcher and serve immediately, to prevent the Champagne bubbles from going flat

Apricot Champagne Sangria

Devils Punch

  • 50 ml Tequila
  • 25 ml Orange Liqueur
  • 25 ml Limoncello
  • 25 ml Sour Mix
  • Dash of Orange Juice

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  2. Shake well for 20 seconds
  3. Strain into a highball glass

Devils Punch

Brazilian Sangria

  • 12 1/2 ml Absinthe
  • 30 ml Cachaca
  • 12 1/2 ml Spanish Brandy
  • 12 1/2 ml Orange Liqueur
  • 25 ml Red Wine
  • Strawberry
  • Lime
  • Orange
  • Kiwi
  • Passionfruit

Method

  1. Muddle the fruit with absinthe, cachaca, brandy, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour into a wine glass
  3. Slowly pour red wine on top of cocktail
  4. Stir and serve

  • 25 ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 12 1/2 ml Suave Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 12 1/2 ml Lejay Parfait Amour
  • 5 ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Gomme Syrup
  • Muddled Rosemary Leaves
  • Lemon Twist

Method

  1. Pour the gin, pomegranate liqueur and parfait amour into boston shaker, then add the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and a dash of gomme.
  2. Pick few leaves / a rosemary sprig and add to the other ingredients.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Method

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
