100 Miles Per Hour

• 1/2 ounce Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey
• 1/2 ounce Bacardi 151 rum
• 1/2 ounce Southern Comfort peach liqueur
• 1/2 ounce Yukon Jack Canadian whisky
• 1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
• 2 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together over ice in a highball glass
2. Shake up, then top with sprite
3. Serve in a martini glass

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

• 2 large strawberries
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3/4 cup chilled lime soda
• 4 ice cubes

Method

1. Mix strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and lime soda in a blender
2. Add ice and blend until smooth
3. Pour into a fancy glass to serve

Sunrise

• 3 ounce triple sec
• 1 1/2 ounce 151 proof rum
• 1 1/2 ounce white rum
• 3 ounce peach schnapps
• 4 1/2 ounce orange juice
• 4 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• 4 1/2 ounce concentrated pomegranate juice

Method

1. Hand shake in mixing cup until slightly foamy
2. Serve with ice cubes
3. Garnish with slice of orange or pineapple and cherry

Cement Mixer

• 1 ounce Irish Cream
• 1 ounce Lime Juice

Method

1. Pour one shot of Irish cream and one shot of lime juice
2. Shoot both shots and mix them in your mouth and swallow, or Mix both shots into a glass and drink

 

Buttery Nipple

• 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
• 1/2 ounce Irish Cream

Method

1. Pour the butterscotch into a shot glass
2. Pour Irish cream on top using the back of a spoon
3. Add a drop of grenadine to make it look like a nipple

 

Orgasm

• 1 ounce Irish Cream
• 1 ounce Coffee Liqueur
• 1 ounce Amaretto

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Shake and strain into a shot glass

Buccaneer

• 1 can Corona Extra lager
• 1 shot Bacardi rum
• Ice if required

Method

1. Pour the corona into a beer glass
2. Pour the bacardi rum into the beer
3. Stir very gently
4. Add ice if required

Graveyard

• 1 shot Triplesec
• 1 shot Bacardi rum
• 1 shot Vodka
• 1 shot Gin
• 1 shot Tequila
• 1 shot Bourbon whiskey
• 1 shot Scotch whisky
• 1/2 shot stout
• 1 can beer

Method

1. Mix every drink mentioned above in a beer mug in equal amounts
2. Top up the rest of the mug with half beer and half stout

Hummingbird

• 1 ounce rum cream liqueur
• 1 ounce coffee flavored liqueur
• 1 ounce milk
• 1/2 ounce strawberry flavored syrup
• 1/2 banana
• 1 cup crushed ice

Method

1. Add rum cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, milk and strawberry syrup in a blender
2. Add banana and crushed ice
3. Blend until smooth and serve

Grasshopper

• 1 1/2 ounce green crème de menthe
• 1 1/2 ounce white crème de cacao
• 1 ounce cream

Method

1. Mix in a blender and shake it with ice
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Wet Pussy

• 1 ounce Coconut Rum
• 1 ounce Peach Schnapps
• 1 ounce Watermelon
• Little Pineapple Juice and Cranberry Juice

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Shake and strain into a glass

Kamikaze

• 2 ounce Vodka
• 1 ounce Triple Sec
• 1/4 ounce Lime Juice
• 1 lime wedge

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Shake and strain into a glass
3. Garnish with a slice of lime wedge

Blue Margarita

• 4 ounces Tequilla
• 2 ounces Triple Sec
• 2 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
• 2 ounces blue Curacaco
• 2 teaspoons fine sugar
• 1 lime wedge
• 1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice
2. Mix Tequilla, Triple Sec, lime juice, blue Curacaco, and sugar in the shaker
3. Shake hard for 30 seconds
4. Serve in Margarita glasses with salt on the rims of the glasses
5. Garnish with a slice of lime wedge

Assorted Drinks – 2 – Punch

Apricot Champagne Sangria

• 1 Bottle Champagne
• 25 ml Apricot Brandy
• 2 diced Apricots
• 1/4 cup Sugar

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Fill shaker with ice.
3. Transfer to a pitcher and serve immediately, to prevent the Champagne bubbles from going flat

Devils Punch

• 50 ml Tequila
• 25 ml Orange Liqueur
• 25 ml Limoncello
• 25 ml Sour Mix
• Dash of Orange Juice

Method

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Shake well for 20 seconds
3. Strain into a highball glass

Brazilian Sangria

• 12 1/2 ml Absinthe
• 30 ml Cachaca
• 12 1/2 ml Spanish Brandy
• 12 1/2 ml Orange Liqueur
• 25 ml Red Wine
• Strawberry
• Lime
• Orange
• Kiwi
• Passionfruit

Method

1. Muddle the fruit with absinthe, cachaca, brandy, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker
2. Pour into a wine glass
3. Slowly pour red wine on top of cocktail
4. Stir and serve

Assorted Drinks – 1

Ultra Violet

• 25 ml Tanqueray Gin
• 12 1/2 ml Suave Pomegranate Liqueur
• 12 1/2 ml Lejay Parfait Amour
• 5 ml Elderflower Cordial
• 25 ml Lemon Juice
• Dash of Gomme Syrup
• Muddled Rosemary Leaves
• Lemon Twist

Method

1. Pour the gin, pomegranate liqueur and parfait amour into boston shaker, then add the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and a dash of gomme.
2. Pick few leaves / a rosemary sprig and add to the other ingredients.
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Double strain into a martini glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Mind Eraser

• 25 ml Vodka
• 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
• Soda Water
• Lime Wedge

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over ice.
3. Fill with soda water.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.

2 shots cognac
1 shot freshly squeezed lime
1 shot sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Ginger beer

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses
• Top with ginger beer
• Garnish with mint sprig

Delmonico

1 cognac
1 shots sweet vermouth
1 shots dry vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses
• Garnish with an orange zest twist

Alabazam

2 shot cognac
1 shot Grand Marnier liqueur
1 shot fresh lemon juice
½ shot sugar syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Soda water

• Shake everything with ice and strain into ice-filled claret glass
• Top with soda
• Garnish with orange slice
• Add salt to the brim of the glass if required

Mint daiquiri

2 teaspoon honey
2 shots rum
3 mint leaves
1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 shot chilled mineral water

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses
• Apply salt on the brim of the glasses
• Garnish with mint leaf

Add crushed strawberry juice to this to make strawberry mint daiquiri

Cuban special

1 1/2 shot rum
3/4 Cointreau triplesec (Optional – use this only if you would like the drink to have an orange color)
2 shots pineapple juice
1/4 shot freshly squeezed lime

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses
• Garnish with mint leaf, or orange or lime zest twist

Naranja daiquiri

1 3/4 shots rum (preferably white rum)
3/4 shot Grand Marnier Liqueur
1 shot freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
1/8 shot sugar syrup

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses
• Garnish with orange slice

Embassy cocktail (Classic drink of the 30’s)

1 shot cognac or brandy
1 shot rum (preferably Jamaican rum)
1 shot Cointreau triple sec
3/4 lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters

• Shake all ingredients or mix in blender with ice and fine strain into ice-chilled glasses

Gin: Specially for all you lovely ladies

Bee’s knees

2 shots gin
3 tsp unflavored honey
1 shot freshly squeezed
Lemon juice (as needed for taste)

Stir honey in gin an add lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange zest twist.

Boston

3/4 ounce gin

3/4 ounce brandy (preferably apricot brandy)
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ounce sugar syrup and pomegranate juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Maiden’s blush

1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce pomegranate syrup
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
4 fresh raspberries

Muddle raspberries with the syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lemon peel twist.

Alaska

2 shots gin
1 1/2 shots freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 shot sugar syrup
1/4 shot creme de cassis or Chambord

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
